What we encourage

• Specific questions with context (industry, scale, constraint, timeline)

• Experience-backed answers (what you tried, what changed, what you learned)

• Frameworks & templates (checklists, decision criteria, scorecards)

• Market perspective with takeaways (not just links)

• Case stories (problem → approach → outcome → lessons)

What we don’t allow

• NSFW content

• Promotions disguised as “insights”

• Vague posts like “Thoughts?” without context

• Sharing confidential info (customer names, rates, internal screenshots, contracts)

• Personal attacks, sarcasm, or disrespect

• Spam, mass recruiting, or unsolicited pitching

• Start with context

• Share what you’ve tried

• End with one clear question

• If you’re sharing an article, include your takeaway in 3 bullets

Confidentiality & attribution

• Share patterns, not names.

• If you learned something from a source, summarize the insight, don’t drop links without value.

We keep this space clean. Posts that are promotional, disrespectful, or risky (confidentiality) may be edited/moved/removed as per our guidelines.
