TVS Supply Chain Solutions is acquiring Hyderabad-based Swamy & Sons 3PL for an enterprise value of ₹88 crore via its subsidiary FIT 3PL, funded from internal accruals. The deal strengthens TVS SCS’s distribution and last-mile play in FMCG/FMCD, adding scale in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and tapping its ~20 mn sq ft warehousing network. Promoter Arun Swamy will continue to lead the unit to ensure a smooth transition and customer retention, the companies said.
