US-based 3PL Logistics Plus is acquiring Evo Supply Chain Pvt. Ltd. and will run it as its new India subsidiary, replacing its earlier India unit. Manish Malik (Evo co-founder) stays on as MD - India & Subcontinent, reporting to COO Yuriy Ostapyak.
The unit will be HQ’d in Gurugram with offices in Bengaluru, Chennai and Mumbai, and will focus on freight forwarding, customs/trade compliance, warehousing and 4PL services. A new India website has gone live as part of the transition.
