The deal carries a ~₹2.3 crore security deposit, ~5% annual escalation, and a ~10-month lock-in; commencement was phased on Nov 15 and Dec 15, 2025, per registration data. The park sits on a corridor prized for port/highway connectivity, adding Grade-A capacity as 3PLs expand to serve auto, electronics and FMCG clients in the south.
